Arcade@Home steals year 2007 news for the year 2008!!!
Holy moly, no research Batman!!!

In nearly missed May news, Tim's hilarious new crew made an outrageous claim of SNES9x 1.51 being released in 2008.

To top off this myriad of stupidity.  The guy was supposed to post news about ipher's final binary builds of SNES9x from the SVN directory.  Can't even get the news right.

More claims get made!
This time Robert also made the extraordinary claim:

JKKDARK misses a changelog!
DCEmu's precious JKKDARK managed to somehow  miss the changelog to the new WinArcadia release.........

despite it sitting right their on the homepage.

Man, you could just say that you don't see one.  But claiming that one does not exist is just plain wrong :P

Robert loses the SNESGT Arms Race @ 1Emulation.
It was nearly armageddon earlier today, as the world was saved once more.  Robert simply couldn't keep up with Jitway on the latest beta release of SNESGT, he thankfully couldn't lock & load his data shute quickly enough :P

Four (4) seconds was what saved America, no the World!!  From Robert's clear doom scenario.  The world thanks ye for saving us from Robert's over-zealous attempts @ hell wondering Jitway.  Thank you man!

Me?  Thanking a skeletor, life is getting really ridiculous now........

VGN Newsposter has Stella issues....
So, awkward.  Adding the word "emulator" to the title, over some personal reasoning.

So, I did my own Wikipedia search.  You can just as easily add the word "emulator" to their SSF, Wine, iDeaS and MAME newsposts :P

Take that you VGN newsposter, take that!!!!

ZTNet Store benefits show-up @ filthy rich emulation news site.
Emulators Unlimited has apparently been reeking great emulation profits these days.  As today, Gemini showed us all the goods:

A fancy set, a female host, all those fancy graphics all over the screen.

Know wonder ZTNet is so poorly maintained.  They were saving up for that big fancy set and show :D

Emulator becomes a Platform, The Brain finally did it??
No, the hilarious author of VSMC didn't finally go and achieve his dream of the 90s, this time around.

Instead, today we have news that the bigwig game company, Gaelco S.A., has now deemed MAME a platform unto itself with the public domain release of their Arcade PCB, World Rally:

MAME did it again.  Over @ MAME World, Twisty forget the true impact of this new MAME release.  MAME became it's own damn platform with .125u1, who cares about World Rally becoming public domain.  Let that be PDRoms's problem :P

Hawq lies!!!

Hawq couldn't click on one mighty link on the GameKnight homepage, to find this out:

Ootake v1.49, an ode to the Michels failures!
Ay caramba dudes!

You better take a number in order to join the Magic Engine PWNING this year, as this time Ootake's author, Kitao Nakamura, gave them an ultimate change log lashing :P

Now that is how you make a change log interesting, Martin Korth could learn from this :P

1Emulation pulled an April Fools on the sk3n3??
1Emulation's Robert apparently pulled an April Fools last month, as now we see a restricted emulator getting promoted on the site:

1Emulation can't even pull off a successful April Fools day joke right.  It takes them one whole month to pull it off, no notice of the fact either.

simply INCOMPETENT!! :p

The Subliminal Ootake messages go awry!!
c0njy's VGN network has apparently been secretly using subliminal messages on the emulation viewing public.  As now, proof, clear as day, has surfaced on the Vintage Gaming Network website.  With the over-emphasis of <strong> associated to the Ootake emulator:

Sheesh, they can't even do subliminal messages right @ VGN.  Losers :D

VGN still being run by Idiots.
Did Emu Idiots come back?  This time we have someone (doesn't seem like c0njy ol' boy) has decided to exaggerate the GTA 2 website countdown @ RockStar Games.

Just to straighten this whole thing out right now.  The countdown is for this.

In conclusion.  Try and do some damn research before posting dumb crazy made-up fanboy speculation about something, it took me one freaking minute to figure this out.  Sheesh.

In the old days we really didn't act this idiotic.  Except @ ZD :P

UPDATE (5/21/2008):  So I was wrong, but far more right then that guy was :P

The countdown is simply a badly coded counter from 1999 by Oyster Partners Limited, in the UK.  It is disappointing that the Judgment day has been coming and going since 1999 when the original release happend, simply resetting every 3 weeks.
