Quite a month, apparently the Guru took a potshot @ ZTNet's crappy server service as well.

RockNES author frustrated by lack of public support!!
In hilarious news, RockNES's Fx3 found it funny that nobody mentioned that save states were recently broken in his latest RockNES beta release.

I find it funny that he finds the lack of communication from the public funny.  Apparently he must be hiding under a rock in Brazil, cause the emulation community has been decreasing for years.  Let alone this far less interesting emulation on a PC schtick.  Who emulates on a PC these days? :P

People only care now if you put it on a popular console/platform, like the Wii or PSP.  RockNES simply isn't that special now, in 2008.

Put it on the Wii or PSP Fx3 :D

Wii update gets to a ZD Content Manager!
SparroHawc has yet again posted about the constantly predictable consequences of having a system update for your Wii.  WOW!  I never knew this before SparroHawc ;)

Don't consumers have experience with at least five different platforms this millennium that have constant system updates, they really don't know that manufacturer system updates can do this stuff?  This is 2008, ZDers really don't get how this works yet????

Manufacturers trying to control the content on their platforms is a new crazy concept to ZDers apparently.  Sad :D

ZD enters net 30 translation news policy!
In even more emu-business news, Edman has apparently now entered into a financial quandary over @ Zophar's Domain.  Now forcing the translation news posts to go their apparent new max 30 day limit of diggs. 

Even 1Emulation posted about this the day it was released, ZD is ridiculous!!

Sony gets an official Nintendo N64 emulator!!!
Yesterday, ZD's Azul Fria broke the major news about Sony.  DaedalusX64 is now Sony's officially marketed Nintendo 64 emulator of choice for their PSP system.

Feel sorry for Monkey 64 and the Unofficial Daedelus.  They simply couldn't cut it in meeting Sony's highest of high, standards of excellence :P

Maybe next year, guys.  Or, they could just pay Sony money themselves in order to get the title.  These are tough economic times for everyone now, including Sony ;)

BlueCrab keeps releasing some mysterious emulator.
Can someone please inform BlueCrab to finally state what his freaking emulator actually emulates when he makes these proud updates on DC emulation websites, this is just getting ridiculously annoying.

I refuse to click on that link when I still don't know what the hell CrabEmu even emulates.  All I even learned this time around was that it uses some Z80 CPU based system.

Poor Sixtoe on the other hand.  Lev probably will let that domain name also die from the ZTNet stable this year.

Man, I really wish ZTNet wasn't being basically run to the ground in such a pathetic manner over the last two years.

Site-op blames economy for cancellation of competition.
RetroEmu's hilarious site-op Zack, is giving the slumping economy part of the blame for the cancellation of his once hyped up coding competition.

I would have given full blame to the lack of entries, towards such an equally unpopular emulation hub the full blame.  The economy might be bad, but since he still had all them prizes who cares........let the competition continue :P

Why English Emulation sites suck.
With a lack of research, it appears that ol' man Wraggster and a webcOpinewz dynasty named Hawq (@ EmuHQ), really don't know what they are talking about.

This version of GPSP is called GPSP Mod M33 even has a nifty logo to it), not just GPSP.  You would think Wraggster would figure this out first, seeing that the official author earlier this year made some rant @ his site (that was gold, can't believe I missed it).

Emulation news posters can't even keep track of their unofficial emulator updates these days, embarrassing.  Why even post about it?

This is hilarious, Hawq decided to get all nostalgic and waste everyone's reading time reminiscing about his C64 and Spectrum puter days.

Dude.  Nobody cares is you had a C64 or Spectrum.  Why waste everyone's time on pointless space.  The guy doesn't even add anything valid to the article.
